We provide cab and vehicle booking assistance for local and outstation travel. Vehicles shown on the website are indicative of our available categories and fleet partners.

• Submitting the contact form or booking form creates an inquiry request, not an instant guaranteed booking.
• Final allocation depends on route, date, timing, and vehicle availability.
• Our team confirms booking details through phone or WhatsApp.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• You must provide accurate travel details such as pickup, drop, travel date, and contact number.
• Booking is treated as confirmed only after our team sends explicit confirmation.
• Vehicle type requested is subject to availability; a similar category may be offered if needed.
• If pickup or route details change, revised fare and timing may apply.

3. Pricing and Charges

• Quoted fares are based on the trip details shared at the time of inquiry.
• Additional charges (if applicable) such as tolls, parking, state tax, permit, waiting, or extra distance/time will be communicated as per trip type.
• Any change in itinerary after confirmation may affect total fare.
• All payments are in INR unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation, Reschedule, and No-Show

• Cancellation and reschedule requests should be shared as early as possible through phone or WhatsApp.
• Any advance/payment adjustment depends on the timing of cancellation and committed vehicle arrangement costs.
• If the customer is not reachable at pickup time or does not report, it may be treated as a no-show.
• For confirmed long-route or high-demand dates, cancellation charges may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide correct pickup/drop location and contact details.
• Be available on call near pickup time for coordination.
• Follow lawful and respectful conduct during the journey.
• Do not demand unsafe driving, overloading, or unlawful route/activity.
• Any damage caused by misuse may be chargeable.

6. Availability and Service Limitations

• Service may be affected by traffic, weather, local restrictions, breakdowns, strikes, or other events beyond reasonable control.
• Pickup and arrival times are estimates and may vary due to operational conditions.
• In unavoidable cases, we may provide an alternate vehicle of comparable category.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our website may use or link to third-party services like WhatsApp, maps. Their availability and policies are governed by their own terms.

• Submitting inquiry data through forms means you consent to being contacted for booking and support.
• Message delivery delays or failures on third-party apps are outside our direct control.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process inquiries and coordinate bookings. By using our forms, you allow us to contact you through call, WhatsApp, or email for trip-related communication.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect losses arising from delays, cancellations, or third-party failures beyond reasonable control.

• Subject to applicable law, jurisdiction will be courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat.
